Place Everywhere

Watchtower Prompts and Alerts are web based and optimized for mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. An interaction begins when a customer scans a Watchtower QR Code or taps a Watchtower NFC Tag with their mobile device and is taken to the Prompt or Alert through their device's web browser.

Watchtower QR Codes are simple black and white images that can be placed just about anywhere including menus, postcards, signage, billboards, business cards, receipts, letters, websites, etc. A Watchtower QR Code is linked to a single Prompt or Alert. Customers use the camera on their mobile devices to scan the code and access the Prompt or Alert.

Watchtower NFC Tags are small adhesive stickers that contain a microchip linked to a single Watchtower Prompt or Alert. Customers touch the Watchtower NFC Tag with a compatible mobile device to access the Prompt or Alert.

With Watchtower QR Codes and Watchtower NFC Tags no typing or URL entry is necessary. Customers simply scan/tap and provide feedback.
